1. WHY CAN I NOT LOG IN TO MY STORE?

If you cannot log in to your store even with the correct password and username entered, please confirm the following bullet points:
• You have not activated your store. If you have just created your LABRASKI account, you must activate it before you can log in.
• Your account has become suspended and you must email LABRASKI Support for more information.

2. WHY DID I NOT RECEIVE MY STORE ACTIVATION EMAIL?

The activation email may have gone to your Bulk, Spam or Junk folders. Please check these folders for the email. If you have not received the email after 1 – 2 hours, please email LABRASKI Support by filling out our webform here: https://www.LABRASKI.com/support/

3. WHY CAN I NOT FIND MY PRODUCTS IN THE LABRASKI MARKETPLACE?

If you cannot find your products in the marketplace, please confirm the following bullet points:
• Your products were recently uploaded. Please allow several hours for searching and filtering of your newly added/edited items in the LABRASKI marketplace.
• Your account has become suspended and you must email LABRASKI Support for more information.

4. I FORGOT MY USERNAME AND PASSWORD. HOW DO I RETRIEVE THEM?

Click on the forgot-password link to reset your password and enter your registered email address. An automated email will be sent to you with your account details.

5. HOW CAN BUYERS FIND MY LABRASKI STORE AND PRODUCTS?

Buyers can find your store through an item in the marketplace, or by going directly to your store’s URL. All LABRASKI store URLs are in this format: https://labraski.com/store/your-store-name/

6. I DELETED MY LABRASKI STORE AND/OR CATEGORIES FROM MY STORE BY ACCIDENT. CAN THEY BE RECOVERED?

Yes, you can recover a deleted store and/or categories for a token fee. Please email LABRASKI Support for more information.

7. HOW DO I DISPUTE FEEDBACK LEFT BY A BUYER?

Please email your dispute, LABRASKI order number and documented of proof to LABRASKI Support; if you would like to dispute a buyer’s feedback.

8. CAN I LEAVE FEEDBACK FOR A BUYER?

No, you cannot leave feedbacks for buyers.

9. BUYER DID NOT PAY FOR AN ORDER. WHAT CAN I DO?

When checking out through PayPal Payments Standard buyers are not obligated to complete payment for an order. Please check your PayPal account to confirm payment before shipping an order. You can also email the buyer to inquire if they wish to complete payment for the order.
