2. ARE THERE COSTS TO SELL ON LABRASKI?
It is absolutely FREE to open a store on LABRASKI! This means you won’t pay any fees, final value fees, monthly fees, or commission to open your own store and sell your products. You will get 100% of all the sales that you bring to your store. If LABRASKI brings you a sale through the main marketplace, you will owe us 2.9% of the marketplace cost. This marketplace cost will not be imposed on shipping and tax or fully refunded/reversed, canceled, or unpaid orders and will only occur for buyers coming from the marketplace.
3. WHY SHOULD I PAY LABRASKI MARKETPLACE COST?
We are spending considerable efforts and money to drive buyers to our marketplace. This small marketplace cost will allow us to continue bringing you buyers and sales originating from the main marketplace.
4. DO I NEED TO DOWNLOAD SPECIAL SOFTWARE TO SET UP MY LABRASKI STORE?
There are no software requirements to build and manage your store. Just use your web browser and Internet connection. Currently, LABRASKI is optimized for the following browsers: Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Opera, and Safari.
5. CAN I USE HTML OR OTHER CODING IN MY LABRASKI STORE?
The LABRASKI platform currently does not include this feature.
6. DOES LABRASKI PROVIDE PRODUCTS TO SELL OR SHIPPING SERVICES TO SHIP ITEMS?
LABRASKI does not sell or provide products to sell. Merchants must sell and ship their own products.
7. IS THERE A LIMIT ON THE NUMBER OF PRODUCTS I CAN SELL IN MY LABRASKI STORE?
here is a limit of 1,000 products per store. If you have a good number of sales, you can contact us and we will possibly increase your product quota. All quota adjustments are done on a case-by-case basis.
8. CAN I OPEN MORE THAN ONE LABRASKI STORE?
It is possible to open multiple stores on LABRASKI. Each store must be registered with a unique email address and must be in compliance with our Terms of Service. Note that you cannot create additional stores if there are unresolved issues in your previous or current store. All outstanding issues must be resolved first. Creating new stores to circumvent account suspension is also not allowed.
9. WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE SUPPORTED ON LABRASKI?
PayPal Payments Standard, PayPal Express Checkout, Credit Cards Processing through Stripe, Money Order, Cashier’s Check, Personal Check, Payment on Delivery.
10. MY STORE GOT SUSPENDED? WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW?
LABRASKI strives to provide a safe environment for both buyers and sellers. If we find that your store violates our policies, we may deactivate the account. Please note that suspension does not mean termination. In most cases, unless you are a fraudulent merchant or repeated offender, we will reactivate your account after you fix the issue.
11. WHY AM I NOT SEEING MY PRODUCTS WHEN I DO SEARCH OR BROWSE IN THE MARKETPLACE?
Please feel free to email us to confirm that there is no issue with your store. Unfortunately, we will not comment on ranking issues in the main marketplace.
12. IS LABRASKI A MARKETPLACE FACILITATOR?
LABRASKI is not a marketplace facilitator. We do not process credit or debit card transactions. When you make a sale, the funds are deposited directly into your own payment account after the stipulated period.
I AM BUYING ON LABRASKI
DO I NEED TO REGISTER AN ACCOUNT TO BUY PRODUCTS ON LABRASKI?
There is no registration involved if you wish to buy products. You can place an order by adding items to your shopping cart and going through checkout for any seller.
HOW DO I CHECK A SELLER’S FEEDBACK?
If the seller has received feedback from previous buyers, it will be posted on any of the seller’s item pages.
DOES LABRASKI OFFER BUYER PROTECTION?
LABRASKI does not collect or process funds for buyers or sellers. Buyer protection services would be offered by your respective payment processor if available.
WHAT TIPS CAN YOU OFFER TO SHOP SAFELY ON LABRASKI?
LABRASKI wants users to have a safe, pleasant experience while shopping on LABRASKI. Explore and do price comparisons for what you intend to buy. Review the seller’s store and any feedback. If you have doubts contact the seller and ask questions before you buy. We also do not advise completing transactions off-site from LABRASKI. Off-site transactions are ones not paid via supported payment methods and/or not completed through the LABRASKI checkout system.
